Administrasyon ni Trump opisyal nang nag-alsa balutan sa WHO

ANKARA – Opisyal nang lumayas ang administrasyon ni US President Donald Trump bilang isa masugid na miyembro ng World Health Organization (WHO) sa kabila ng pananalasa ng coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic, kinumpirma ito ng Democrat, Martes.

"Congress received notification that POTUS officially withdrew the US from the @WHO in the midst of a pandemic," ani Senator Robert Menendez sa Twitter.

"To call Trump's response to Covid chaotic & incoherent doesn't do it justice. This won't protect American lives or interests — it leaves Americans sick & America alone," sabi ni Menendez, isang Democrat mula New Jersey.

Ang pagkilos ay tumapos sa ilang buwang alsa balutang pagbabanta ni Trump, sa umano'y ang naturang organisasyon ay nagpapakita ng kabagalan sa pagresponde laban sa pandemya na nagsimula sa Wuhan, China.
