    IATF pinayagan ang non-contact sports sa GCQ

    MANILA – Binigyan ng permiso ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF) ang pagdaraos ng non-contact sporting activities sa lugar na nada ilalim ng  general community quarantine (GCQ) dulot ng coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

    Sa ipinasang IATF Resolution 38, Biyernes at isinapubliko noong Sabado ang mga atleta at mga may hilig sa  running, biking, golf, swimming, tennis, badminton, equestrian at skateboarding at iba pa sa GCQ regions ay maari na nilang laruin ang mga naturang sport na kanilang interesante;

    "provided that the minimum public health standards such as the wearing of masks and maintenance of physical distancing protocols and no sharing of equipment when applicable are observed."

    Nakasaad din sa resolution na ang mga pasilidad na ibinabahagi sa nasabing palakasan ay puwedeng muling buksan pero  "limited to basic operation."

    Nauna ng pinayagan ng IATF  ang walking, jogging, at biking activities sa mga lugar na nasa  modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ). (LP/PNA)
