    Ang Team Philippines ay lumaban at nanalo sa kanilang laban kontra Team Korea 10-0 sa U15 Women's Softball Asia Cup sa Puli, Taiwan.


    Sa panalo, nasungkit ng Team Philippines ang bronze medal at nasiguro ang kanilang slot sa nalalapit na WBSC World Cup U15 Women Softball 2023 sa Tokyo, Japan.
    Ang tagumpay ay dumating isang araw matapos talunin ng Team Philippines ang Hong Kong, sa preliminary rounds. Sa buong kompetisyon, ang Team Philippines ay natalo lamang ng Team Chinese-Taipei at Team Japan.


    Pinuri ni Amateur Softball Association of the Philippines President Jean Henri Lhuillier ang Team Philippines sa ilalim ng Head Coach na si Annalyn Ebreo: “Kahanga-hanga ang kanilang performance sa mga laro. Tunay na inspirational ang kanilang passion at teamwork. Hangad namin ang kanilang makakaya at patuloy na susuportahan sila sa pagharap nila sa mas mahigpit na kompetisyon sa Japan”.-Marlon Bernardino-
