Bitget Exchange Signs Sponsorship Deal with Leading Turkish Football Team Galatasaray

Bitget, leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is partnering with Turkey’s leading and long-standing football club, Galatasaray, for the rest of the 2021-22 season. The sponsorship deal with Galatasaray will feature Bitget as its official crypto partner on multiple platforms and media assets across their football and basketball teams.

Sandra Lou, CEO of Bitget, shares, “We are extremely pleased to be announcing this partnership with Galatasaray, a leading Turkish sports club with a dedicated history. Turkey has demonstrated significant interest in the crypto sector and we look forward to growing our community in this market as we continue to lead educational and knowledge sharing opportunities within the space. We are always keen to partner with like-minded partners to continue to grow the blockchain ecosystem and bring value to our users.”

The boost in the digital asset economy has fueled the recent phenomena of crypto exchanges turning to sports sponsorships to further elevate their presence amongst the mainstream audience. The announcement comes following Bitget's engagement with Italian football giant, Juventus, as well as leading esports teams, Professional Gamers League (PGL) and Team Spirit.

As such, we'd be delighted to offer you an interview opportunity with Yvonne Tee, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Bitget, to discuss further how the collaboration elevates the brand's presence and further amplify the position of decentralised technologies among the mainstream audience and sports fans.
