Quezon City District 4 Councilor Hero Bautista (center) stands with barangay captains, tanods, Sangguniang Kabataan chairpersons, street sweepers and indigent workers from 38 villages in the district who received one of 480 ‘HERO Bikes’ and 190 food carts on Thursday.
