The Professional Fighters League (PFL), hosted an open workout at Tiger Schulmann's in New York featuring 2023 PFL Playoff Lightweight semifinalists Shane Burgos and Olivier Aubin-Mercier ahead of their August 23th PFL Playoff showdowns. 

Burgos will enter Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden on August 23rd seeking to land his first PFL Championship. Clay Collard, his opponent, is making his second trip to the PFL postseason.

The open workout also featured Maurice Greene and Jordan Heiderman, and both will fight on the August 18th card in two Heavyweight Playoff bouts. 

The final two 2023 PFL Playoff events will feature semifinalists in the Women’s Featherweight, Heavyweight, Welterweight and Lightweight divisions and will be hosted at Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in NY, and broadcast on ESPN networks and streaming platforms. The winners of each Playoff bout will advance to the PFL World Championship and earn a chance to win $1 million and PFL gold.
