John Wall went for 27 points, 12 points, and 5 steals while Bradley Beal added 29 points and Otto Porter added another 18 to help the Wizards beat the Celtics 121-102 and even up their series at 2-2.

The Wizards’ customary fast start was much shorter than the first three games of the series. Washington opened the game on an 8-0 run, but it didn’t last long as Isaiah Thomas drained three threes in the quarter to help the Celtics get back into the game and take a 24-20 lead after one quarter.

LeBron James scored 39 points, hopped Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on the career playoff scoring list and pushed the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 125-103 blowout over the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series on Wednesday night.

Just like a year ago in the conference finals, the Cavs are up 2-0 on the Raptors, who had better figure some things out or this series will be over quickly. Toronto was blown out for the fifth straight time in Cleveland in the playoffs, losing each by an average of 24.2 points.

Does LeBron James have anything left to prove? After his 10th straight playoff win on Friday, he doesn’t think so.

“Seriously, what else would I have (to prove),” James told Cleveland.com. “I've won championships, I won my first one and I've won for my teammates, I came home and won. There isn't anything I have left to prove.”

HOUSTON — Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge scored 26 points apiece to help the San Antonio Spurs, now without Tony Parker, beat the Houston Rockets 103-92 on Friday night to take a 2-1 lead in the Western Conference semifinals.

Aldridge had managed just 19 points combined in the first two games, but stepped up in the wake of Parker's season-ending leg injury, scoring nine points in the fourth quarter to help the Spurs pull away.

The Washington Wizards demolished the Celtics inside to take their first win of the series 116-89.

In the first round, it wasn’t a series until the road team won. In the second round, the opposite is holding true. The Wizards returned to their dominant Verizon Center form to humiliate the Celtics 116-89 and narrow the series to a 2-1 Celtics lead.
