Rep. JB Bernos of Abra places a Php 1 million bounty on the head of the perpetrator of the La Paz bombing incident.
Bernos, who, along with his wife La Paz Mayor Menchie Bernos, was among the injured in the incident last Thursday, wants the still at-large bomber brought to justice to be held accountable for sowing terror in the peaceful festivities of the Abra town.
