The 42-year-old actress was spotted signing autographs outside the Directors Guild of America building in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The stunning star was sophistically dressed in a black long-sleeve, turtleneck sweater dress with pointed black leather ankle boots and dark sunglasses. She swept her dark locks up in a playful ponytail.

Megan Fox is getting candid about what goes on behind-the-scenes in Hollywood.

The 31-year-old actress opened up about the lack of "morality" and "integrity" within the industry in a new interview with Hong Kong's Prestige magazine released this week.

"There are some very dark, negative things that go on on-set, between actors or between actors and directors -- specifically to actresses -- that we have to go through," Fox tells the publication. "There's no morality or integrity within the studio system. It’s completely about greed."

Jimmy Fallon's mother, Gloria, has died.

"Jimmy Fallon’s mother, Gloria, died peacefully on Saturday," a rep for Fallon tells ET. "Jimmy was at his mother’s bedside, along with her loved ones, when she passed away at NYU Langone Medical Center in NYC. Our prayers go out to Jimmy and his family as they go through this tough time."

Update: House of Cards' production company, Media Rights Capital, has released a statement in regards to the Netflix show, following Netflix's own statement on Friday night about cutting ties with Kevin Spacey.

“While we continue the ongoing investigation into the serious allegations concerning Kevin Spacey’s behavior on the set of House of Cards, he has been suspended, effective immediately," the statement obtained by ET read, "MRC, in partnership with Netflix, will continue to evaluate a creative path forward for the program during the hiatus.”
