ABS-CBN TVplus, the pioneering digital terrestrial television product of ABS-CBN, clinched a Bronze Stevie at the 2017 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, a business awards program that recognizes innovation in the workplace across 22 nations in the region.

The Bronze Stevie was given to ABS-CBN TVplus in the Innovation in Business-to-Business Services category for continuing to introduce services that feature quality content to Filipinos at home on top of the four TVplus exclusive channels on digital TV.

Luzon-based Filipino women were the first ones to share the beauty and charm of their respective city and province in the newest segment in Eat, Bulaga! “Miss Millennial Philippines 2017”. 

On its first week, six millennials took center stage and showed off the attractions, rich history and culture, and must-try delicacies of their hometowns. 

Carina Cariño of La Union shared that apart from being the surfing capital of the Philippines, her province is being developed as an agri-tourism hub of Northern Luzon. She added that La Union is not only known for its beaches, but also for its old churches, vineyards, pottery making, grape picking and cheerful locals.

Taylor Swift has emerged victorious in her legal battle against former radio host David Mueller.

The jury found Mueller liable for assault and battery for allegedly groping the pop star at a 2013 meet and greet.

Mueller, who has denied the claims, filed a $3 million suit against the singer in September 2015, claiming she cost him his job and future career opportunities. Swift countersued Mueller for $1, accusing him of assault and battery.

Kesha is looking out for Taylor Swift, just as her friend did for her a few years ago.On Monday morning, the "Praying" singer tweeted a message of support for Swift after former DJ David Mueller filed a lawsuit, accusing her of fabricating a story that he groped her during a meet-and-greet in Denver, Colorado, in 2014, which he claims led to him being fired and unable to get another job in his field. A judge threw out Mueller's lawsuit against Swift on Friday, while her countersuit against the former radio personality, in the amount of $1 for assault and battery, still stands, and will be deliberated by a judge on Monday.
