The couple -- who were last seen out together earlier this summer after Harington left a wellness retreat -- stepped out for a night on the town in MS Society's Carols by Candlelight at St. Boltolph-Without-Bishopsgate Church in Bishopsgate in London on Tuesday.

Harington looked dapper in a black coat and navy blue scarf during the outing, while Leslie brought some color to her ensemble in an orange, green and blue color-blocked coat. She wore a black-and-red dress underneath. Their appearance at the event comes one day after Harington received Game of Thrones' sole nomination at the 2020 Golden Globes, for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series -- Drama.

Last spring, Harington took some time for himself at a wellness retreat. "Kit has decided to utilize this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues," the actor's rep told ET in a statement at the time.

According to Page Six, who was first to report the news, the actor had been at a luxury mental health retreat in Connecticut for a month and checked himself in weeks before the Game of Thrones series finale aired on May 19. The outlet reported that Harington went to the facility for issues related to stress, exhaustion and alcohol use.

The report also quoted a source who said Harington's wife, Leslie, was "extremely supportive."

"Everyone close to him really wanted him to get some rest," the source said. "Right now, he just needs peace and quiet.”
