Channing Tatum’s divorce from Jenna Dewan is turning ‘nasty’, a year after their marriage broke down.

The Magic Mike star’s split from the Step Up actress was finalised last week, but it has been claimed that issues over child support have made things frosty between the former couple.

According to TMZ, the pair – who share six-year-old daughter Everly – are finding it hard to come up with a custody agreement for the little one.

Jenna, 38, was reportedly ‘super upset’ after her ex filed legal documents with a judge, asking for help with a holiday custody schedule.

Insiders close to the mum-of-one – who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Steve Kazee – told the publication she had already signed off on the entire schedule, something his sources have denied.

It has been claimed Channing, 39, has refused to let his ex change their schedule over work commitments, and would not let her FaceTime Everly when he was taking care of her.

The insiders also suggested he isn’t contributing to child support, however, sources for Jessie J’s boyfriend insist this is untrue, claiming there is a specific joint account that funds relating to the little one go to.

They hit back at the FaceTime claims, suggesting Jenna is ‘so difficult’ that Channing instead FaceTimes with Everly through their nanny.

Channing recently filed documents, asking a judge to help himself and the mum-to-be settle their custody arrangement.

TMZ reports the documents state: ‘Due to our constantly changing work schedules, we have had conflict over adjustments to our schedules to ensure both parties are able to have equal time with our daughter, Everly.

‘[Jenna] and I are fortunate to have employment that offers us unique and once in a lifetime opportunities. I would like to be able to share these experiences with Everly and believe that Everly would benefit from getting to take advantage of such opportunities.’

He is also keen to protect their daughter’s image and wants the judge to legally prohibit the pair from using her name or likeness in any for-profit sponsorship or advertising without the other’s consent.

Since announcing the end of their eight-year marriage, the former couple appear to have been co-parenting their only child amicably.

Just last week, a judge granted their legal separation ending their divorce, meaning they are free to move on with other relationships.
