President Rodrigo R. Duterte and Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat share some light moments with newly crowned Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Elisa Magnayon Gray during the latter’s courtesy call on the President held at the Villamor Airbase in Pasay.
