Max Collins spices up Adobo Fest in California

Actress Max Collins headed to the US to join in the 13th Annual Adobo Festival 2018 celebration.

What makes this visit even more special for the Filipino-American celebrity is that she is kicking off her birthday month in California, her home state, for her first GMA Pinoy TV-sponsored event today. What makes this visit even more special for the Filipino-American celebrity is that she is kicking off her birthday month in California, her home state, for her first GMA Pinoy TV-sponsored event today. She headlines the culminating activities at the Adobo Festival, which is a two-day celebration of Filipino food and music.

The two-day event (Aug. 4 and 5) is known for its non-stop live entertainment, adobo cook-off contest, activity booths, a kiddie pop star contest, and big raffle prizes. The flavorful Pinoy fiesta is held at 101 N. Main Street in Milpitas, San Jose, California.

In a social media post, Max couldn’t contain her excitement and invited fellow Pinoys to come and celebrate with her. “The best birthday present I could ever ask for. I’m so excited to visit my home state of California and see my family. Mga Kapuso diyan sa California, come and join us at the “13th Annual Adobo Festival.”

The 13th Annual Adobo Festival 2018 is organized by JS Camins Productions with the exclusive media sponsorships of GMA Pinoy TV and partner carrier DISH. Admission is free.
