MANILA – “My Perfect You” is about to open in cinemas this week but Pia Wurtzbach's boyfriend Marlon Stockinger doesn’t know much about its story even if she’s one of the lead stars.

Speaking to reporters on Sunday, Wurtzbach said she is not the type who tells her boyfriend about her projects because she wants Stockinger to see it for himself.

“Ayaw ko mag-spoil ng kuwento,” she said.

Nonetheless, Wurtzbach said she is very fortunate to have a supportive partner.

“He’s very supportive. He’s not gonna be there during the premiere night but he’s going to watch in another time because he’s busy. But he’s very supportive and I am happy with that,” she said.

“I am very lucky because he lets me have my moment. Even nung Miss Universe ako, he knows to let me shine so I am very happy.”

Meanwhile, Wurtzbach only had good words for her leading man Gerald Anderson.

“Gerald made everything easy because he’s very approachable. He’s such a gentleman. Now we understand why marami siyang nakaka-leading lady and lahat sila only have good things to say about him. He is really good,” she said.

After Anderson, does she already have anyone in mind that she wants to work with in the future?

“Mag-part two na lang kami [ni Gerald]. Maganda kasi 'yung nagpa-part two kasi ibig sabihin swerte yun ‘di ba?” she said.

But if she would pick another actor, Wurtzbach has three people in mind.

“Kung hindi man si Gerald, nandiyan si Piolo Pascual. Nakita ko nga siya kanina sa 'ASAP,' sabi ko parang pwede kaming maging love team.

Tumatabi ako sa kanya. Napansin ko sa social media accounts ko, marami din ang nagme-mention kay Sam Milby. Si Paulo Avelino, gusto ko din maka-work. Magaling siya,” she said.

The beauty queen also prefers to do another romantic-comedy film, which only shows just how much she enjoyed doing “My Perfect You.”

“Nag-enjoy ako talaga. Feeling ko nahanap ko 'yung genre na swak sa akin. But if I’m offered na something na more serious, game. I’m down to accept that. Kung babalik naman kami sa fantasy-action, game din ako doon,” she said.

Directed by Cathy Garcia Molina, “My Perfect You” opens in cinemas nationwide on Wednesday, March 14.
