08 August 2018 - MANILA - Fresh from its sold-out CM Challenge Clark event last weekend, ColorManila, the country’s number one fun-run organizer, will now head to Davao City, for CM Challenge Davao on August 12, 2018, and CM Blacklight Cavite, on August 25, 2018.

CM Challenge Run Davao, which is scheduled for August 12, 2018, will be held at the SM Lanang Premier, its official venue partner. The event is also made possible by Camella and Honda Philippines.

Senator Emmanuel Pacquiao is helping push for the Senate approval to reimpose the death penalty, suspended since 2006, before the end of 2018. 

“We will rush its approval in the chamber this year,” the born-again Pacquiao said in Tagalog in an interview with dwIZ. 

Pacquiao made the remarks after the Catholic Church’s update on its catechism declaring the death penalty as “inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person.” 

Angelina Jolie has not split with her divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, despite reports stating otherwise. 

In a statement to ET on Saturday, Jolie's spokesperson, Mindy Nyby, denied that the two are parting ways. "I just spoke with Laura. The TMZ  story is not true and she is not quitting now or in the future." 

Paris—The longest “blood moon” eclipse this century will coincide with Mars’ closest approach in 15 years to offer skygazers a thrilling astronomical double bill on Friday, astronomers say.

For about half the world, the moon will be partly or fully in Earth’s shadow from 1714 to 2328 GMT—six hours and 14 minutes in all.
