Adam Pally and Zoe Lister-Jones Start a Band to Avoid Breaking Up in 'Band Aid' Movie Poster

Start a rock band and your marital strife will never sound so sweet.

That's the gist of Band Aid -- get it? -- the Sundance Film Festival gem that stars Adam Pally (Happy Endings) and Zoe Lister-Jones (Life in Pieces) as a married couple on the brink of divorce, who decide to turn their squabbles into song. As this colorfully retro poster, debuting here on ET attests, "Misery loves accompaniment."

Lister-Jones not only stars in Band Aid, but also wrote the indie and makes her feature directorial debut aside an all-female production crew, which had previously never been done on a full-length film before. Here is the official synopsis for the movie:

"The story of a couple, Anna (Lister-Jones) and Ben (Pally), who can’t stop fighting. Advised by their therapist to try and work through their grief unconventionally, they are reminded of their shared love of music. In a last-ditch effort to save their marriage, they decide to turn all their fights into song, and with the help of their neighbor Dave (Fred Armisen), they start a band. A story of love, loss, and rock and roll, Band Aid is a witty and perceptive view of modern love, with some seriously catchy pop hooks to boot."
