At a young age, Anezka was inspired by her Dad Danilo who was a band member in Manila before. Her Mom Eden took her to the Ryan Cayabyab School of Music to hone her singing prowess. She was selected as a member of the UST Singers who twice won the top place in the Chorale Group of the World.

With the RCS7, Anezka travelled to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, the USA, Canada, and Germany.

The high-caliber and highly talented group that sang Cayabyab’s original compositions had two records under Sony Music and won the Best Performance By a New Group as well as Best R & B sSong “Let Me Love You Tonight” in the 2007 Awit Awards.

Anezka’s most memorable moment was singing with Tony Awardee Lea Salonga, who she idolized since she was five.

Anezka’s message to those who aspire to be singers and performers is “Just do it and do not give up until you achieve your goal.”
