Bullet holes can be seen in the driver's side window of a black pickup at the scene

Police are investigating a shooting at a shopping mall in Mission, B.C.

It happened late Wednesday night in front of the Silvercity theatres at the Junction Shopping Centre.

A black pickup truck was seen parked in front of the theatre with several bullet holes in the driver's side window.

RCMP had a large area of the mall taped off as they gathered evidence and photographed the scene.

Officers with the the RCMP serious crimes section said they were expecting homicide investigators to arrive soon.

Police have not released any details about the victims or suspects.
