The UFC is headed down to Uruguay for the first time in company history, and they’re bringing a title fight to Montevideo. Women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko defends her belt against Liz Carmouche, who controversially beat her by cuts stoppage way back in 2010. As for the co-main event, which I suspect is the fight most want to see over the headliner, is a guaranteed banger between welterweights Vicente Luque and Mike Perry.
Also on the main card is Volkan Oezdemir against Ilir Latifi... maybe the third time is the charm for making this one happen. There’s also the UFC debut of prolific grappler Rodolfo Vieira, as he faces Oskar Piechota in a middleweight bout.
