With the entire international martial arts community agog over ONE Championship’s star-studded card in Singapore on Friday, 18 May, the promotion struck a monumental deal ahead of its much-awaited live event by announcing its partnership with Singapore Exchange (SGX).

The joint venture between ONE Championship and SGX was formally announced at a press conference, which happened on Wednesday, 16 May at the SGX Centre in Singapore.

Former ONE Lightweight World Champion Eduard “Landslide” Folayang returned to his winning ways with a dominant unanimous decision victory against previously-unbeaten Russian dynamo Kharun “The Predator” Atlangeriev last Friday at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Folayang kept the Russian at bay with his cobra quick hands and powerful side kicks to the body. Folayang landed the more telling blows and stuffed every takedown attempt to grab the unanimous decision victory.
