The Professional Fighters League, the fastest growing and most innovative sports league in the world, keeps the action going with Week 2 of the 2023 PFL Challenger Series, which gives mixed martial artists from around the world an opportunity at a life-changing PFL contract.

A PFL contract brings athletes a step closer to becoming PFL Champion and a million-dollar payday. The 2023 PFL Challenger Series takes place in the backlot of Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida and viewers can watch on Fubo Sports beginning at 9PM ET. The PFL Challenger Series is an eight-part competition which will stream exclusively on Fubo Sports, the live, free-to-consumer TV network from FuboTV Inc. (NYSE: FUBO), the leading sports-first live TV streaming platform.

Week 2 of the PFL Challenger Series features fighters in the Women’s Featherweight division, with American Amanda Leve taking on Mongolia’s Naranjargal “Nana” Tsend-Ayush in the main event.

BOUT #4 - Amanda Leve (1-0) vs. Naranjargal Tsend-Ayush (2-0)

A high-level grappler out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Amanda Leve is highly decorated in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, having collected first-place finishes in IBJJF and ADCC competitions. Leve made her mixed martial arts debut under the PFL banner in 2021, picking up a first-round submission victory over Miranda Barber. Tonight, Leve returns to the SmartCage looking to earn a PFL contract, competing for a world title and a million-dollar payday.

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia-native Naranjargal “Nana” Tsend-Ayush enters tonight’s main event with a grappling pedigree of her own. Tsend-Ayush is a world-class judoka, having represented Mongolia in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. “Nana” is a multi-time Mongolian National Judo Championships gold medalist, and hopes to bring that success to her MMA career. Tsend-Ayush made her professional MMA debut last year winning both of her bouts, one by knockout and one by submission. Tonight she looks to earn her third career win, and a PFL contract in the process.

BOUT #3 - Jeslen Mishelle (2-0) vs. Evelyn Martins (2-0)

California-native Jeslen “Wrecking Ball” Mishelle is undefeated in her MMA career, both career victories came at the 2022 PFL Challenger Series. Prior to turning pro, Mishelle was a three-time champion in the amateur ranks, winning titles in Panda Cup Promotions, Honor Fighting Championship, and Mountain Force MMA.

A native of Brazil, Evelyn “Espartana” Martins now calls Coconut Creek, Florida home, as she trains at the world-renowned American Top Team stable. Undefeated in both of her professional MMA bouts, the 20-year old Martins aims to bring home a PFL contract and follow in the footsteps of teammate and two-time PFL champion Kayla Harrison.

Since Martins missed weight, the bout will move forward at a catchweight.

BOUT #2 - Jackie Cataline (2-1) vs. Senna van de Veerdonk (3-1)

A US Open amateur wrestling champion, California-native Jackie “The Hybrid” Cataline hopes to replicate her success on the mat. The California-native Cataline made her MMA debut in 2022, competing in the 2022 PFL Challenger Series and picking up a first-round submission win. Cataline has since gone 1-1. After missing out on a PFL contract last year, Cataline hopes to to earn one this evening.

Dutch submission specialist Senna van de Veerdonk began training Judo as a youth, and eventually became a National Champion in the Netherlands. Van de Veerdonk eventually transitioned to MMA in 2019, and has compiled a 3-1 professional record, with all three of her wins coming by armbar submission.
