Jennifer Aniston Is "Super Nostalgic" for Her Time on Friends and So Are We
Jennifer Aniston is aware just how special Friends is.
Speaking to InStyle to celebrate the magazine's 25th anniversary, Aniston opened up about her time on everyone's favorite sitcom, and what she misses most about working with the dream team. She explained, "I started to find my confidence when I was on Friends, for sure," and continued, "In a way, being on that show was the ultimate trust exercise. There was comfort in numbers there, so we all held each other up."
The Cake star also told InStyle, "I miss a lot about that time," and it's clear that the actress treasures the decade she spent on Friends. Aniston elaborated, "Having a job that was absolute, pure joy. I miss getting to be with people I love massively and respect beyond words. So, yes, these days I’m super nostalgic." Basically, Aniston loved her time on Friends just as much as we all loved watching the show.
The Horrible Bosses actress also discussed a throwback Instagram that Courteney Cox recently shared, which featured the cast before the show took off.
Reflecting on the iconic moment, Aniston explained, "When Friends began, we were all so wide-eyed and bushy-tailed. We couldn't believe what was happening and we had no idea what was coming. On Instagram, Courteney recently posted an old photo of us all on a jet together before the show even aired. I just remember not understanding that this was my life. The level of gratitude, my god."
