    Vice Governor leads groundbreaking ceremony

    Vice Governor Ryan Luis V. Singson led the groundbreaking ceremony of the 150-meter farm-to-market road project at Brgy. Sorioan, Salcedo, Nov. 11.

    The said project is funded under the CY 2022 Local Government Support Fund - Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) Also in attendance were Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ericson Singaon and Boy Gironella together with Director Monico Batle of BDP Action Center, NTF-ELCAC, NICA RO1 Dir. Mildred Abordo, BGen. Krishnamurti Mortela, Brigadier General Krishnamurti Mortela, Commander of the 702nd Infantry Brigade, Philippine Army; ISPPO Provincial Dir. PCol. Marlo Castillo, DBM RO1 Regional Dir. Ria Bansigan, Asst. Dir. Rene Valera of DILG Central Office, RO1 OIC-RD Agnes De Leon and DILG Ilocos Sur Provincial Dir. Randy Dela Rosa.
