Back in 2013, Paul Dano played a supporting, but key role in Denis Villeneuve’s film Prisoners. The crime drama chronicles a father’s personal hunt for his missing daughter, and stars Hugh Jackman as the father and Jake Gyllenhaal as Detective Loki. Dano plays the prime suspect in the disappearance of Jackman’s daughter who the heavyweight actors torture and pry throughout Prisoners, a chilling movie full of twists and grit.

ET spoke with Mark Ruffalo, aka The Incredible Hulk, on Wednesday, at the New York City press day for his new film, Dark Waters, where he shared his reaction to Tom Holland's Spider-Man theoretically heading up the Avengers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after a brief falling out between Disney and Sony earlier this year.
