The Philippines’ youngest Woman Fide Master (WFM) 45th seed Antonella Berthe “Tonelle” Murillo Racasa (elo 1380) Cinderella run was halted by 2nd seed Ruiyang Yan (elo 1983) of the United States in the tenth round of the Under-12 Girls division of the World Cadet Chess Championships on Saturday at the Yujing Hotel in Weifang, Shandong, China.

The 12-year-old Home School Global bet Racasa yielded to Ruiyang after 42 moves of Sniper defense using the black pieces.
