Cignal jacked its winning streak to eight to remain perfect in the 2019 Spikers’ Turf Reinforced Conference.

League-leading Cignal displayed its fine form in a quick work of Philippine Army, 25-16, 25-15, 25-21, on Sunday to remain unscathed in the 2019 Spikers’ Turf Reinforced Conference at the Paco Arena, Manila.

Edmar Bonono dropped 10 markers on six attacks and four blocks while JP Bugaoan and Marck Espejo added nine and eight markers, respectively, as Cignal maintained a perfect 8-0 win-loss card.

Bagunas paced the Jet Spikers with 19 points built on 15 attacks, two blocks, and two aces while Ranran Abdilla and Malabunga chipped in 15 and 10, markers, for the 7-1 Air Force.

Meanwhile, Greg Dolor scored nine markers for Navy, which tied Animo at the sixth spot with a 4-4 marker.

In the nightcap, PLDT Home Fibr pummeled Volleyball Never Stops Volleyball Club, 25-22, 25-18, 25-20, for a 6-2 mark.

Paolo Pablico fired 13 points while Mark Alfafara added 11 markers to forge a two-way tie with Rebisco-Philippines at the third spot.

Tony Koyfman scored 13 points for the 2-6 Griffins.
