After a notorious UFC 229 main event that witnessed Khabib Nurmagomedov defeating Conor McGregor with a fourth round submission to retain his light welt belt, a ridiculous brawl broke out before the official result was even read. Once the dust had settled down a bit, McGregor took to social media and stated that he was looking forward to the rematch. Guess what? Bloody Elbow has the betting odds for the potential spectacle.

Online gambling site BetDSI has just released the opening betting odds for Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Conor McGregor 2.

Nurmagomedov opened up as an even heavier betting favorite this time around, clocking in with a hefty -250 moneyline. For their initial matchup, Nurmagomedov opened up as a -185 favorite and closed at around -200 by fight time.

For this potential rematch, McGregor opened up as the heaviest betting underdog of his professional MMA career with a moneyline of +200. For his first go round with Nurmagomedov, McGregor opened up with an underdog tag of +155, and then his line closed up at around +170.

These odds seem to be rather legit, considering the fact that Nurmagomedov was rather dominant in the first-two rounds, before McGregor took the third, but then Khabib won by sub in the fourth round.

The real fun to be had here will be when the prop bets drop that surround the possible rematch. You know, bets like ‘will a strike be thrown at the weigh-ins,’ ‘will there be a brawl,’ or maybe even ‘will either man be arrested.’ Stay tuned to Bloody Elbow is what I’m saying.
