Hard-hitting heavyweight Mark Hunt is once again in a UFC main event.

The UFC’s next fight card in Australia will feature the “Super Samoan” in the main event.

UFC officials confirmed with MMAjunkie that heavyweight fan-favorite Mark Hunt will take on Marcin Tybura at UFC Fight Night in Sydney this November. A formal announcement is expected to be made next week.

Hunt (13-11-1, 1 NC) last competed in June, stopping Derrick Lewis in the UFC Auckland main event. The 43-year-old had previously been knocked out by the knees of Alistair Overeem at UFC 209. This will be the fourth time Hunt has headlined a UFC card in Australia, having beaten Frank Mir in 2016, lost to Stipe Miocic in 2015, and battled to an incredible draw with Antonio Silva in 2013.

Tybura (16-2) is on a three-fight winning streak after he dropped his UFC debut to Timothy Johnson in May of 2016. The Polish fighter knocked out Viktor Pesta with a head kick, put away Luis Henrique with ground-and-pound, and most recently defeated former UFC champ Andrei Arlovski by unanimous decision at UFC Singapore in June. Tybura is #10 in the UFC’s official heavyweight rankings, while Hunt sits at #6.

UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs. Tybura takes place at the Qudos Bank Arena and will be broadcast live on Fox Sports 1. Due to time zone differences, the event is Sunday, November 19th in Australia but Saturday, November 18th in North America.
