AFTER a fruitful campaign wherein she collected girls' U-12 crown, country's youngest Woman Fide Master Antonella Berthe Racasa has set her sights on achieving every chess playerโ€™s dream โ€” win another chess title.
Racasa, a grade 6 pupil of VCIS - Home School Global said her main mission next to perform well in the Eastern Asia Juniors and Girls Chess Championships to be held on December 9 to 16 at the Lima Park Hotel in Malvar, Batangas and the 36th Singapore National Age Group Chess Championships slated on December 27 to 30 at the 1 Expo Drive, MAX Atria @ Singapore Expo in Singapore.
 
The 12-year-old Racasa won the girls' Under-12 title with 6.5 points in nine outings in the just ended Pattaya Chess Club Open 2019 age group chess championship held at the Bay Beach Resort in Pattaya, Thailand from October 19 to 23.
 
Racasa's campaign in Thailand International Chess Championship was supported by D. Edgard A. Cabangon of ALC group of companies, North Cotabato Vice Governor Emmylou "Lala" Mendoza, Mandaluyong Mayor Menchie Abalos, Councilor Charisse Abalos-Vargas and Eng'r Rogelio SP Lim, President of RSP Lim Construction Co Inc.
