The Meralco Bolts came roaring back to level the PBA Governors' Cup title series. with a 104-102 road win over the Barangay Ginebra in Game 2 on Friday, Jan 10 . helping them to a series-tying.

Japet Aguilar scored 16  points and the Barangay Ginebra playing with a lot of poise in a tight finish for a 91-87 decision in the opener of the PBA Governors' Cup best-of-seven finale.

Justin Brownlee and his teammates finished strong in the third period and sustained the effort to the very end to steal Game One before a crowd of nearly 11,000 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum Tuesday night.

AFTER a two-week break for the holidays, the Philippine Basketball Association Governors’ Cup resumes action today with Game One of the best-of-seven finals series between the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel Kings and the Meralco Bolts.

Happening at the Smart Araneta Coliseum at 7 p.m., the Kings and Bolts reengage in the championship for the season-ending PBA tournament after their previous jousts in 2016 and 2017.
