Portland Trail Blazers hold a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series as the teams meet for Game 4 in OKC on Sunday at 9:30 p.m.

It's been a back-and-forth showdown between star guards Damian Lillard of the Blazers and Russell Westbrook of the Thunder, as the two combined for 64 points in Game 3.

Sportsbooks list Oklahoma City as a 5.5-point home favorite, while the over-under, or total number of points Vegas thinks will be scored, is 222.5 in the latest Thunder vs. Blazers odds. Sixteen NBA teams made the playoffs this season. Only one of those 16 had a straight-up win rate below 50% at home in the first half: OKC. The Thunder are 19-21-2 straight-up in the first half this season, losing bettors 11.1 units.
Did you know? Damian Lillard and Russell Westbrook have faced each other 26 times combined in both the regular season and playoffs. They are tied at 13-13. Westbrook holds a slight advantage against-the-spread, though, with a 13-12-1 ATS record over Lillard.

OKC dug itself an 0-2 hole against Portland. The Thunder won Game 3, but Russell Westbrook & Co. shouldn’t feel that confident about advancing to the next round, even though they are home favorites in Game 4 with a chance to even the series. Why? In 282 seven-game playoff series, only 20 teams that went down 0-2 came back to win.
