Today, the champs will be playing their final regular season home game in legendary Oracle Arena against their long-time division rival, the Los Angeles Clippers. This will be the final opportunity for Dub Nation to soak in the rare atmosphere of a living dynasty before the 2019 playoffs commence.

And the arena is about to be a real party, per NBA.com:

To celebrate the 47 seasons during which the Warriors have called the arena home, a wide array of activities will be taking place throughout the evening; before tip-off, around the concourse, at halftime, and post-game.

Courtesy of Adobe, all fans in attendance will receive ‘The Finale’ t-shirt, designed in collaboration with Oaklandish.

Fans will also receive cheer cards upon entering Oracle Arena, which were designed in partnership with Adobe to commemorate the different eras of Warriors basketball in the building.

Doors open two hours prior to tip-off, at 3:30 p.m. for the 5:30 p.m. start, and fans are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy everything available to them.
I will be in the building as well as several other members of GSoM. Dub Nation, let’s give our team and this building a proper send off into the postseason. We need to remind the world what made Oakland the most feared place to play in the NBA. Let’s get hyped and activate Roaracle Mode!

Because if we don’t, our team could be in trouble later today. The champs are going to need that energy facing off against a playoff bound Clippers team that has regained its swagger. The Chris Paul-Blake Griffin-DeAndre Jordan era of “Lob City” was buried during the rise of the Golden Empire, but Clippers coach Doc Rivers has rebirthed the franchise around a bunch of gritty hoopers with immense chips on their shoulders.

Here’s a recap of the battles these two Pacific Division residents have had this season:

Clippers def. Warriors 121 - 116, Nov 12th, 2018
The Clippers beat a Stephen Curry-less Dubs team in L.A. as Draymond Green and Kevin Duranthave a public meltdown that many suggest was the low point of the season.

Warriors def. Clippers 129-127, Dec 23rd, 2018
A Curry game winner saved the champs in Oakland on a night that the Clippers unleashed the most accurate three-point barrage in NBA history.

Warriors def. Clippers 112-94, January 18th, 2019
The Dubs revealed their newest superweapon DeMarcus Cousins to the world in the Staples Center and bodyslammed the Clips.

If the Warriors win today, they increase the likelihood of a first round matchup with the Clippers later this month. Los Angeles is in a tight battle with the Thunder and Spurs to avoid the 8th seed in the West, and a loss to the Dubs would force them closer to that fate. L.A. has won 13 out of their last 16 games and are coming into Oracle with a lot of confidence.

And never forget, the Clippers are the last Western Conference team to eliminate the Warriors from the playoffs...

LET’S GET THIS WIN, DUB NATION! WAAARRRRRIOOORRRRRSSSSS!
