It took an extra five minutes, but the Milwaukee Bucks prevailed with their ninth straight road win with a 141-140 victory over the Sacramento Kings.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, who sat out the last game against the Bulls with knee soreness was pretty quiet tonight by his standards. In what appeared to be a load management game, he finished with 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists in 24 minutes.

Point guard Eric Bledsoe was fantastic in a tough matchup against Kings’ point guard De’Aaron Fox. He put up 26 points, 12 rebounds, and 13 assists (his first triple-double of the season). Malcolm Brogdon was nearly perfect on the night, making 9-of-11 shots for 25 points. Nikola Mirotic came off the bench and was white-hot, scoring 21 points and knocking down five threes. Khris Middleton also put in 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists.

As for Sacramento, they were led by Buddy Hield who ended the night with 30 points. Point guard De’Aaron Fox chipped in with 17 points and 9 assists, while Harry Giles provided a spark off the bench with 18 points. Bogdan Bogdanovic knocked down five three-pointers and totaled 28 for the game.

Stat That Stood Out: 11
Milwaukee committed only 11 turnovers while handing out 35 assists tonight versus Sacramento. The Bucks were focused on spreading the rock and passing up good shots, for great ones. With how fast paced this game was from the opening tip, it was really no surprise to see the Bucks rack up that many assists.
