The kids from Hospicio De San Jose and some indigent kids from nearby Barangay received gifts from Kiwanis Clubs last December 13, 2018 in Makati. The gift giving was initiated by Robert Laurel Yupangco who celebrated also his 65th birthday during the gift giving with the help of different Kiwanis Clubs in the Philippines such as KC Makati, Manila Bay, Pasay and Malate Central and represented by Engr. Grace Bondad Nicolas and Ezelle Theresa Alvarez Gascon.
The mission of the Hospicio De San Jose is committing themselves to the integral development and well-being of the vulnerable and excluded sectors of society, especially the abandoned and neglected children, persons with special needs, older persons, and people in crisis situation, through sustainable programs and services where resource sharing and participative involvement is a way of life.
For December 2018, The Kiwanis Clubs particularity the Clubs from Makati, Manila Bay, Pasay, Malate Central and some KC members from different clubs joined forces to share the blessings and joy to the indigent kids. Here were the activities being held;

These clubs are calling themselves as KKK which stands for Kind Hearted Kiwanians for the Kids.
Kiwanis International was established in 1915 at Detroit, Michigan.
