Milwaukee Bucks’ Matthew Dellavedova, popularly known as Delly, recently stopped by The SM Store at the SM Mall of Asia to meet and greet fans.
The visit was part of the launch and promotion of the Australian Olympian and NBA star’s signature basketball shoes from Peak, the Delly1, in the Philippines.
And Delly fans will be happy to know that The SM Store has an exclusive color, the Delly1 Glacier at the PEAK section of the SM Store’s Men’s Shoes Department.
During the event, he gladly shared his Peak experience while collaborating for the Delly1 basketball shoes “It’s been a great process working together to build something that I’m really proud to wear on my feet and I’m happy with my partnership with Peak,” he shared, adding that he is proud of the finished product.
Tech features on the shoe include the forefoot rebounding modules with different densities (PEAK R-pad and PEAK S- pad) embedded into the front sole according to pressure distribution. This provides quicker starts and a higher bounce.
Two more rebounding modules in the heel absorb shock and protect either ends of the feet. Three different materials appear on the midsole to create Cushion 3 that provides bounce and support. A herringbone pattern also appears on the outsole. A herringbone pattern also appears on the outsole.
