Paul Coro of the Arizona Republic reports that the Phoenix Suns and the NBA will make a "historic announcement" regarding international play this week. The news will come Wednesday and will affect games played during the 2016-17 NBA season.

The Thunder don't appear in any rush to trade Westbrook, and they have their eye on a big name to pair with him next summer.
