Boxer Adrien Broner suggested that he’d be interested in fighting Nate Diaz on the Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather undercard. Sort of.

If you follow boxing much, you’ll know that former four-division champion Adrien Broner is not a stranger to saying controversial things. The oft-maligned Broner (33-2, 1 NC, 24 KO) fights undefeated Mikey Garcia lightweight champ (36-0, 30 KO) at 140 pounds in July, but in a conversation with TMZ Sports, he said he’d like another fight right after that - on the undercard of the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor megafight on August 26th

Check out the fight card and bout order for UFC Fight Night: Chiesa vs. Lee, which goes down on Sunday, June 25th in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Not only will we have Bellator NYC/Bellator 180 on Saturday, there’s a special Sunday edition of UFC Fight Night! The main event features lightweights Michael Chiesa and Kevin Lee in an important matchup between two rising contenders. Oh yeah, and there’s plenty of heat behind this one. Oklahoma’s own Johny Hendricks takes on Tim Boetsch in the co-main event, as Hendricks seeks a 2-0 record at 185 lbs. Sad as it is to say, B.J. Penn is not only still fighting, but he’s been reduced to main card opener against Dennis Siver.

Brendan Schaub recently tried to bet boxing personality Max Kellerman a cool $100,000 that not only would Conor McGregor land punches on Floyd Mayweather, but went as far as to say he’d even win a few rounds of their scheduled 12-round boxing match, which is set to go down on Aug., 24, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dillon Danis, Conor’s jiu-jitsu coach, is doing one better, as he told TMZ Sports that “Notorious” will not only defeat the former best pound-for-pound boxer in the world, but he will knock him out in under six rounds.

The Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather boxing showdown is finally on. Pro athletes from around the combat world reacted to the news Wednesday evening.

Scott Coker hasn’t thought all that much about how he’d approach the megafight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor.

From an MMA promoter’s perspective, the Bellator MMA president does question what the UFC will gain from letting McGregor enter the boxing world and face Mayweather on Mayweather’s turf. Most people in boxing feel like McGregor, a great UFC champion, does not stand much of a chance against the 49-0 Mayweather in boxing.
