The miraculous buzzer-beater capped off a tumultuous evening, giving Portland a 118-115 victory and a ticket to the second round of the 2019 NBA Playoffs. Lillard’s 50 points, along with a little fourth-quarter help from teammates, overcame a 36-point, 70% shooting performance by George. Russell Westbrook added 29 in a losing effort.
