    Chess Education for Age-Group (CEFAG) goes to Waltermart Taytay, Rizal on Saturday

    TOP pawnpushers in this part of the country will converge as the 1st Batch Chess 2000 Liga Challenge and 7th leg eliminations of Chess Education for Age-Group (CEFAG)-Luzon Amateur Elementary 1975 and Blitz 2000 gets underway on March 3, 2018, Saturday at the Waltermart Taytay, Rizal.
    According to tournament organizer and sportsman Ed Madrid, the one-day event is open to all chessplayers rated & unrated but not to exceed 2000 based on NCFP Rating January 2018.

    A total of 60 players from all over Rizal province as well Metro Manila expected to compete and vie for the top prize P3,000 plus trophy while the next four winners will pocket P2,000, P1,000, P500, P500 plus medals respectively.

    Top Senior 55+, Lady, High School, College, PWD, 1800U /Unrated will receive P500 Each + Medals.

    Tournament registration fee is P250 while P200 for PWD.
