Undefeated light flyweight boxer Kim Clavel, who won the 2020 Pat Tillman Award for Service at the ESPYs, is ready for her next fight.

Junior welterweight prospect Josue “The Prodigy” Vargas (16-1, 9 KOs) will seek to increase his winning streak to 11 when he faces the battle-hardened Salvador Briceno (17-5, 11 KOs) in a 10-rounder.

LAS VEGAS —Jose Pedraza and Mikkel LesPierre will give it another shot. The junior welterweights will face off in the 10-round main event Thursday, July 2 from the MGM Grand Conference Center—Grand Ballroom. Pedraza-LesPierre was originally scheduled for June 18, but the bout was postponed after LesPierre’s manager tested positive for COVID-19.

MEXICO CITY (June 20, 2020) — Boxing's most active world champion, Emanuel "Vaquero" Navarrete, keeps on rolling. Navarrete, the WBO junior featherweight world champion, knocked out Uriel Lopez in the sixth round of a featherweight non-title bout Saturday evening from TV Azteca Studios.

Adam "Blunose" Lopez, the action star from Glendale, California, did it again. Lopez (14-2, 6 KOs) won a 10-round majority decision over the Robert Garcia-trained Louie Coria (12-3, 7 KOs) in a battle of California natives. Lopez, who was coming off a valiant effort in a TKO loss to Oscar Valdez, won the last two rounds on two of the judges' scorecards to pull out the win.

LAS VEGAS — There were fouls, multiple point deductions and knockdowns. But for featherweight Jessie Magdaleno, the win is all that mattered. LAS VEGAS — The manager of lightweight boxer Mikkel LesPierre tested positive Wednesday for COVID-19, forcing the cancellation of LesPierre’s bout against Jose Pedraza, which was slated to be the main event Thursday on an ESPN-televised card from the MGM Grand Conference Center.
