Ryan Garcia is promising to return to the ring better in 2022 when he comes back from his hand injury that caused the cancelation of his November 27th fight against Joseph ‘Jo-Jo’ Diaz Jr. on DAZN.

Garcia, 23, was supposed to be getting surgery on Monday, but it’s unclear if he did.

Emanuel "Vaquero" Navarrete and Joet Gonzalez engaged in a border war for the ages.

Navarrete (35-1, 29 KOs) retained his WBO featherweight world title with a bloody unanimous decision (118-110 and 116-112 2x) over Joet Gonzalez (24-2, 14 KOs) on Friday evening at Pechanga Arena San Diego. It was the second successful title defense for Navarrete, who moved up to the featherweight ranks last year after defending his junior featherweight crown five times.

Devin Haney will be fighting on December 3rd on DAZN, possibly against Joseph ‘Jojo’ Diaz Jr. or Viktor Postol.

Haney’s promoter Eddie Hearn will try and put the fight together with former IBF super featherweight champion Diaz Jr. (32-1, 15 KOs), who needs an opponent after his battle with Ryan Garcia fell through. Ryan suffered a hand injury during training camp.

Promoter Bob Arum was ecstatic about the impressive victory for his fighter WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, who had to walk through fire to defeat the unyielding Deontay Wilder to score an 11th round knockout. The fight took place in front of a large crowd at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Arum says it’s one of the most exciting heavyweight fights he’s seen since the Thrilla in Manila between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier on October 1, 1975.

David Haye admits that he got his prediction wrong in picking Deontay Wilder to defeat Tyson Fury last Saturday night in their third and possibly final fight.

Despite getting his prediction wrong, Haye came away impressed with Wilder’s way he stayed on the battlefield, emptying his gun in no man’s land.

Wilder didn’t run for the trenches the way some fighters would when exposed to the superior firepower of Fury. Wilder stayed in there out in the open until Fury blasted him out in the 11th.

Fury (31-0-1, 22 KOs) finished Wilder for the second straight time in their three bouts, but only after a wild back-and-forth evening featuring five combined knockdowns.

Crawford and Porter will fight Saturday, Nov. 20 at Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. The two met face-to-face Saturday for a kickoff press conference, alongside their respective trainers and promoters.
