It's official! Your Phoenix Suns are headed south of the border to play a pair of games in Mexico City next season. In a press conference Wednesday morning, Suns head coach Earl Watson was joined by Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton and team President Jason Rowley for the historic announcement.

The Suns will meet the Dallas Mavericks in a January 12th, 2017 matchup. Two days later they will play the San Antonio Spurs. Phoenix will play has the home team in the first game and as the road team in the second. Both games will be played at Mexico City Arena. The Suns will be the first team in NBA history to play two regular season games in Mexico.
