With the theme “Unlocking Our Full Potential,” this season’s leadership headed headed by its president Cesar Hagos of Olivarez College, long-time team executive and former Sta. Lucia Realty board governor Buddy Encarnado as general manager and newly appointed commissioner George Magsino, the league opened its doors to Lyceum of the Philippines-Laguna, Centro Escolar University, Immaculada Concepcion and Pasig Catholic.

These four had taken over the spots of AMA University, New Era, University of Makati and TIP.
Defending champion Olivarez College will lead the bidders as it tries to make it back-to-back this season.

“We promise to bring the games closer from different parts of Luzon – from the metropolis, to southern Luzon all the way to northern Luzon,” said Encarnado.
