Las Pinas City - Yellow Boltz played with an all star lineup for most of the 4th quarter but managed to complete a 95-89 comeback triumph over Roaring Sportsmanila Lions in the 2018 PMC Cup at the Dona Manuela Subdivision, Pamplona Las Pinas on Sunday, July 8.
Roaring Lions Veteran Player Jose Cortez , who was injured with 8:06 remaining in the first quarter game, the Yellow Boltz erased an 8-point deficit in the payoff period to get their first win debut.
Former Altas Varsity player Motmot Vedeo paced Yellow Boltz with 19 points and 2 rebounds.
Former PMC MVP Hart Dela Cruz , who chalked up 15 points, 4 assists, 13 rebounds and 2 steals, scored 8 of his output in the last frame while Richard " Taong Bato" Manlapig, who had 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists, drilled in a trey that gave Yellow Boltz a 92-89 lead with 48 seconds remaining.

Joel Buan had 6 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and two steals while Rookie Russel Sala added 6 points and 8 rebounds in the win.
Sportsmanila, led by Robert Louis Pangilinan 21 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals.
Fast and Furious Ryan Guevarra finished with 12 points and 3 rebounds, Harold "Kuwarta" Sala chalked up 20 markers while Michael Santiago chipped in 6 points in the loss.
