Concepcion, 8990 Holdings & Deca Homes President and CEO JJ Atencio, and Nowhere to go but UP (NWTGBUP) Foundation stalwarts Renan Dalisay & Dan Palami sign a memorandum of agreement formalizing the sponsorship of 8990 Holdings/DECA Homes in regard to the training of the UP Men's Basketball Team in Las Vegas next month.
