    Ms. Croatia to perform at MPBL opener

    Croatian professional dancer, rap artist and model Marija Debelic is set to perform at the Lakandula Cup on June 12 at the Mall of Asia Arena

    .We want the opening to be special, so we invited world-class performer and our good friend Marija to grace this event,” says Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League commissioner Kenneth Duremdes.

     

    The league founded by Senator Manny Pacquiao is launching its third conference, which boasts of 30 teams.  

     

    Ms. Pure Energy Marija will promote her first single and first Tagalog song “Ang Dame,” written by Archie Malate and arranged by Deadkey. It’s also her first time to perform in a basketball game.

     

     
    “The song is like Adam Levine of Maroon 5’s ‘Girls Like You,’ but of course, very Filipino. I’m really proud of this work,” said the cum laude in Economics and Business Management graduate from Croatia.

     

    Marija performs in music festivals and well-known clubs in the Philippines such as Futureland Music Fest in SM Mall of Asia, Cove, Okada, and other venues.
