U.S based Speedskater Kathryn Magno targets to take initial steps to her main goal of qualifying to the Winter Olympics when she competes in next week’s Asian Winter Games in Sapporo, Japan.

The 26-year old California-based skater is one of the 29-member athletes of Team Philippines to the Feb 19-26 Winter Games.
