The Philippines tries to end a 10-year dry spell when swimming competitions in the 30th Southeast Asian Games get going today, Wednesday at the New Clark City Aquatic Center in Capas, Tarlac.

The Philippine sepak takraw team completed a twinkill in hoop event to kick off its 30^th Southeast Asian Games campaign in style Sunday afternoon before a packed crowd here at the Subic Gymnasium.
