Justin Bieber Says He's 'Getting Better Everyday' Amid 'Challenging' Mental Health Struggles

Justin Bieber's focus on his health is paying off.

The "As Long as You Love Me" singer took to his Instagram Story on Friday to give fans an update on his health, revealing that while he's been having a "challenging" time, he's committed to "bouncing back."

"Getting better everyday.. bouncing back.. I will never ever stop fighting," he wrote alongside a black-and-white selfie. "Most challenging season of my life."

Bieber has been open with his journey to mental health, with his latest post coming less than two weeks after he shared a photo from a therapy session. ET learned earlier this year that the pop star was receiving treatment for depression.

"Justin is receiving treatment for depression, something he's struggled with for a while and was recently honest about in his Vogue interview," a source told ET in February. "Justin never had an authentic childhood due to accelerated fame and struggles with wanting normalcy… He felt he needed an emotional tuneup and with the help of his wife, family and friends, he’s seeking help."

Bieber's wife, Hailey, has been by his side through his treatment; the singer recently praised her for supporting him through his struggles in a heartwarming Instagram tribute.

"I fall more in love with you every day! You have walked hand and hand with me as I continue to get my emotions, mind, body and soul in tact! You have given me so much strength, support , encouragement and joy," he wrote. "I just wanted to publicly honor you, and remind you that the best is yet to come!"
